Mr. Boateng-Aidoo holds a degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from the School of Administration, University of Ghana, Legon. He completed his Ordinary and Advanced Levels Certificate Exams at Abuakwa State College, in the Eastern Region of Ghana—and upon the completion of his mandatory national service program, enlisted into the Ghana Prison Services as a Commissioned Accounting Officer.
Besides qualifying for the Level II Exams of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, Mr. Boateng-Aidoo attended various accounting training programs in order to broaden his knowledge—and thereafter specialized in Integrated Payroll Processing. He held a number of important portfolios in the Ghana Prison Service during his years of service, before he resigned his commission to form SANTA BARON Ventures Limited.
Mr. Boateng-Aidoo has, since the formation of the Company, overseen the strategic direction in an array of functions, including negotiations, coordination of budgets, marketing and business development—as well as in product introductions, financial controls and approvals along with policy planning, monitoring and evaluation.

Mr. Boateng-Aidoo is married with four children, and he is a well-known international philanthropist.
