Mr. Quaynor has over twenty-three years of experience as a Project Manager (Civil/Structural) in an array of fields, including Construction and Civil Engineering, Project Management, Design Planning and Supervision of various Buildings, Roads and Structures.

His experience also extends into Construction Technology as well as knowledge-based value addition in capacity building. Mr. Quaynor has a firm understanding and application of the GoG Procurement Guidelines and Procedures.

Ing. Quaynor has attended several professional seminars, notable amongst them “Value Management” and “Total Waste Elimination for Low-Cost Management” along with training in Project Management using computerized techniques organized by AOTS in Bombay, India.

His association with Metropolitan and Municipal Assemblies Administrations has broadened his knowledge about Urban and Rural Administration of Community-Based development Initiatives as well as outreach interventions. Ing. Quaynor also served as a NADMO Sub-Committee on Loads for the review of the National Building Regulations and Ghana Standards Board/Forestry Commission Working Committee on Application of Ghana Standards GS 197 and 194.

He holds a MSc. In Structural Engineering from the Kiev State Technical University of Construction and Architecture, Ukraine. He is also a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers (GhIE).
